Websites

Quoted per project. Priced in the open.

Every site is different, so the real number comes after we talk. Most shops stop there and leave you guessing. Below is what each piece actually costs to build, so you can put a rough figure together before you ever ask me for one.

What you get

A site built by hand — not assembled in a page builder that charges rent forever and locks your content inside it.

  • Mobile-first: most of your visitors arrive on a phone
  • Loads fast on a job-site connection, not just office fibre
  • Contact and intake forms delivered to your inbox
  • Domain, hosting and business email set up for you
  • Google Business Profile and local search basics
  • Written handover so you know how everything works

What you own

The uncomfortable question to ask any web company: if I leave, what do I take with me? Here the answer is everything.

  • The domain is registered in your name, not mine
  • The hosting account is yours, billed to your card
  • You get the source files at handover
  • No proprietary platform holding the site hostage
  • The care plan is monthly — cancel and the site stays up
  • No rebuild fee if you move to someone else
What things cost

Add it up before you ask me.

These are the ranges I actually build within. Where you land inside a range depends on how much content already exists and how much of it I write versus you.

$150 – $300
Google Business Profile and local searchThe thing that gets you into the map results.
$300 – $700
Care planHosting, backups, security updates and small edits. Monthly, cancel anytime.
$75 – $200 / mo
Ranges, not quotes — your number depends on page count, how much content already exists, and how much of it I write versus you.
Third-party costs are yours and billed to you directly, not marked up: domain roughly $15–$25 a year, hosting $5–$25 a month, business email about $7 per person per month.

A typical five-page small business site with a contact form, hosting setup and a Google Business Profile lands somewhere around $2,500–$4,000 all in.
You own the domain, the hosting account and the files. If you ever want to leave, you take the site with you.

Send me a rough idea and I'll send back a real number.

Even a couple of sentences about what you need is enough to quote from.
