Per employee, that lands around $56–$279 on Starter, $27–$92 on Essentials and $42–$86 on Enterprise. Support works out lower still on a bigger headcount.
One-time installs are quoted separately. Hardware is billed at cost plus a stated markup — you always see the invoice.
You don't have to replace anything to get started.
The cheapest way onto a plan is the equipment already sitting in your closet. If it's supportable, I'll support it.
Keep what you own
I audit the network and hardware that's already there, document it, fix what's misconfigured, and take over managing it. Nothing gets ripped out unless it genuinely can't be supported — and if that happens, I'll tell you which single piece is the problem rather than quoting a full replacement.

Have it installed
New office, or gear that's past saving. I spec the equipment to your building and headcount, quote it before anything is ordered, and install and configure it on site. You own the hardware outright — there's no lease and nothing stops working if you leave.
